PE4A | SA LOW ALL | Rig FT-991a and ant doublet 2x 21m |
PE5B | SA LOW 20M | Originally intended to participate in the night to test my 1.8 MHz quarter-wave kite antenna, but it was raining cats and dogs. I could not bring myself to get outside and roll out radials and make the kite fly. Will see you in the CQ 160 contest then! |
PF5X | SA HIGH ALL | Casual entry with a lot of S&P on 10 and 40m. Also a few runs every now and then. On Saturday evening the Aurora sound on 40m was tremendous, even on stations to the south of me ... K was 5 ! Fortunately, Sunday was still good, although I think Saturday was a little better (in particular on 40m). Thanks for calling and see you next time (as PE6A in ARRL 10m) |
PG7R | SO LOW ALL | the best contest....next year again....!!!! |
PI40NWG | SO QRP ALL | PI40NWG is the special callsign to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of VERON section Nieuwegein A29 Rig: FT-817 Ant: End-fed CW: MorseMachine Op: PA1B Thank you for the nice contest |
PI4SHB | MULTI-ONE | Thank you for organizing this contest! We may not have the easiest callsign in the world, but everyone who made it in our log ditdit did it :-D |
PJ7/G4JEC | SO LOW 10M | 24 hours in to the contest I found I had a broken antenna wire and all QSOs made up until then had been using a three foot wire, including four on 40m! Repaired the antenna and decided to enter the 10m only category. Great fun as always - even if being self-crippled for the first 150 or so QSO’s |
PJ7EE | SA LOW ALL | Antenna and RFI issues to start. through together an alternate antenna to at least be able to get on untill I could troubleshoot at daylight. Odd that everything worked fine all week. Murphy???? Murphy had even more sinister plans. Even Friday, I started feeling feverish. By the time the contest started full on symtoms of Dengue Fever had set in. Troubleshooting reveled a bad coax connector. As I was lowering the antenna, the coax literally fell out of the connector at the balun. Well trouble shooting sure was easy. Ran another feedline and was set excpy for fever, joint pains, rash and nausea. I don't recommend contesting while suffering from Dengue Fever. 73, Gary KC9EE / PJ7EE |

PY2NY | SO LOW ALL | Thanks a million to everybody but, with permission of my W6 friends, a special note to W6UM this time. Nice to listen you contest after contest brother Chas! And you, you and you, W6TK, 9A1A, IK2QEI, CT1ILT, W2GD, F6BEE and thousands of brothers that HamRadio gave me 'via' contesting. Finally, if you call me with no answer, sorry, sorry and sorry. I have new urban QRN problems, cutting my listen capabilities, specially at night. Before the contest, I heard about propagation and decided to change my way, coming back to SOAB Low Power after years! Not good enough to break my personal record from 2006, but was nice to have more than 2500 Q's. You are responsable for keeping me in this crazy and lovely thing that is Contesting!! Thanks and see you next time. PY2NY |
